low self-esteem, physical and mental disabilities.
Services at Macedonia MBC Operation Hope are Tailored to each persons
skills and abilities. Job Developers match each person's interests,
aptitudes and skills with the employers job requirements and schedule job
interviews.
Instructional Methods and Tools: Lectures, mock interviews, demonstrations,
discussion periods, role playing, videos, power point demonstrations, discussion periods,
role playing, videos, power point presentations, and practical applications.
Service Delivery: Clients are referred to Macedonia MBC Operation Hope by the
Washington State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, the Social Security
Administrations Ticket to Work Program, other community based organizations, and word
of mouth for services.
Services include: Community Based Assessments, Job Placement, and Job Supports.
